It’s the most wonderful time of the year in HeifetzLand…when we get to experience the artistry of our outstanding alums in a joyous celebration of the season!
Just in time for your festive holiday gatherings, we are pleased to share a full video replay of the Heifetz Holiday Homecoming Concert. You’ll hear favorites of the season like Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, a fresh arrangement for viola of the class White Christmas Schumann’s stunning Piano Quintet in E-flat major, Op. 44, as well as some other special Yuletide treats for listeners of all faiths—performed by five-front-rank alums in the friendly confine of the Heifetz home base of Francis Auditorium, on the Mary Baldwin University campus in Staunton, Virginia. Featuring Heifetz alums Angela Sin Ying Chang, violin; Marina Alba López, violin; Joseph Skerik, viola; Andres Sanchez, cello, and pianist Ying Li.
