About Timothy
Cellist Timothy Eddy has earned distinction as a recitalist, soloist with orchestra, chamber musician, recording artist, and winner of numerous international competitions. Mr. Eddy received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with Honors from the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied with Bernard Greenhouse. He currently teaches cello at the Juilliard School and Mannes College. As cellist of the Orion Quartet and member of the Bach Aria Group, since 1978 he has performed throughout the world and made numerous recordings for Sony, Delos, Columbia, Angel, and more.
