Award-winning violinist Hagai Shaham is internationally recognized as one of the premier artists from Israel, winning first prize at the ARD Munich competition and the Ilona Kornhouser among others. As a soloist, he has performed with many major orchestras including BBC Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Taipei, Singapore and Shanghai Symphony Orchestras along with many others. In addition to his solo career, Mr. Shaham is a recording artist with 25 CDs to his credit and is a professor at the Buchmann-Mehta School of Music at Tel Aviv University and Artist in Residence at Stony Brook University, NY. Mr. Shaham was the last student of the late renowned Professor Ilona Feher and in his honor co-founded The Ilona Feher Foundation with his colleague, violinist Ittai Shapira.
