Celebrity Series V: “Sublime Sextets” – Heifetz 2023 Festival of Concerts
July 21 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Cellist Colin Carr and pianist Yoon Lee perform Britten’s Cello Sonata, Op. 65, violinist Melissa White and pianist Miki Sawada perform Amy Beach’s Romance for Violin and Piano in A major, Op. 23, and two all-star faculty ensembles will perform Martinů’s String Sextet, H. 224 and Tchaikovsky’s String Sextet in D minor, Op. 70, Souvenir de Florence. Join us starting at 6:30 as we continue our tradition of offering the finest regional wine, beer, and other light refreshments in the complimentary pre-concert “Heifetz Happy Hour.”
(6:30 PM HAPPY HOUR; 7:30 PM CONCERT)
